I purchased two pair of the Everlast USA Leather Boxing Gloves for my 16-year-old son and his friends to use boxing for fun and they find them to be very comfortable and not too heavy. The price is very reasonable for the quality name brand. I also purchased the 3-pack of Everlast 108-inch Handwraps for them to use.
It's a good glove, it'll eventually mold after a few punches. Wrist support could be better, but that's what wraps are for. Overall it's a good buy.
These are real leather boxing gloves. They sell at other places for over a hundred dollars
These gloves are lightweight and protect the hands well.
Thought these looked great, so I ordered 'em. Turns out they ARE real leather, only problem is they're TINY! I could barely get my hand into one, nevermind a wrapped hand (and I usually wear a 14oz glove) Padding seems decent, colors are vibrant and the Team USA logo really stands out. If you have miniscule hands, these gloves are for you.
These gloves aren't bad, lets start with that. They are worth the price. The problem I came across is the lack of protection I get from the padding and the difficulty getting them on alone. I've used other everlast gloves that had these issues addressed. I won't buy these again, but if you are a beginner boxer in a boxing class, they'd be a great starter glove. Not for serious boxers, you will surely hit these flat if you are an actual boxer.
